Ergonomic Assessments
The work we do and the postures we present to complete this work can have an adverse effect on our bodies and how they function.
Benefits to requesting an ergonomic assessment for your work space include:
Identifying risk factors for injury
Education on alternative postures or position to reduce risk of injury
Management of work/rest ratios to minimize time in sustained postures
Advising on recommendation for equipment or modifications to the work station to correct or reduce risk factors
Reducing sick time in the work place by contributing to a healthier physical work environment

Pre-natal Wellness Assessments
Are you expecting and unsure of what you should be doing or how to exercise safely? Exercising during pregnancy is not only safe, but is highly recommended for both mother and baby’s health and well-being. Learn how to train safely while pregnant, how to connect with your core and pelvic floor and understand how your body will change with each trimester. Limiting and preventing core dysfunctions such as diastasis recti, prolapse, incontinence, back and hip pain are all part of ensuring a strong, healthy and empowered pregnancy journey.

Post-natal Wellness Assessments
Postpartum and ready to begin connecting with your body again but unsure of where to start? The first few days, weeks and months are an overwhelming time. The fourth trimester brings entirely new feelings and experiences that you may or may not have been prepared for. Learn safe exercises and receive expert advice on how to re-train your postpartum body and gain strength and confidence for motherhood.

Pure Power
This class focuses on resistance training to help build muscular strength and endurance, low and high impact cardiovascular exercises, balance training, core and pelvic floor connection and awareness, mobility and flexibility training, stretch and release. A class suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Everyone works at their own pace, shows up with different experience and capabilities and we motivate each other to work hard and feel our best!
