  • This class is designed to build strength and endurance, challenge your balance and improve flexibility. Gentle Fit, with modifications, is available for all fitness levels and capabilities.

  • This specialized postnatal fitness class is safe, progressive and welcoming for Moms and littles at all stages of their postpartum journey.  Working out together with your babies by their side.

  • This class focuses on resistance training to help build muscular strength and endurance, low and high impact cardiovascular exercises, balance training, core and pelvic floor connection and awareness, mobility and flexibility training, stretch and release.

Exercise Therapy & Rehabilitation

Exercise as medicine is the approach our kinesiologist takes when addressing a variety of orthopedic injuries, chronic disease management, neuromuscular conditions, surgery recovery and preventative health care.

Individual coaching tailored to your particular needs and goals.  Functional fitness coaching focused on strength training and mobility.

Small Group Training

Achieve your fitness goals while fostering camaraderie and accountability. Personalized attention in groups of 3-4 with a circuit style class.

  • Postpartum and ready to begin connecting with your body again but unsure of where to start? Learn safe exercises and receive expert advice on how to re-train your postpartum body and gain strength and confidence for motherhood.
