Exercise Therapy & Rehabilitations
Exercise as medicine is the approach our kinesiologist takes when addressing a variety of orthopedic injuries, chronic disease management, neuromuscular conditions, surgery recovery and preventative health care.
The kinesiologist will complete an assessment appropriate to the condition/injury presented and develop a goal oriented customized exercise program. The kinesiologist will follow your progress through follow up visits arranged at the discretion of the client.
At KT Kinesiology we work with the client to promote successful outcomes, therefore, follow up visits are key to the success of the program.
